Erin Clements joined Phi Mu Fraternity for
Women in 2003 at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
She served two terms as President of her collegiate chapter and
continues to serve Phi Mu as an Area Officer in the areas of
Collegiate Membership, Alumnae and Leadership/Curriculum.
She is a member of Tidewater Phi Mu Alumnae Chapter and has
served as President and Vice President of the chapter. She is
currently the Treasurer for Tidewater Alumnae and also serves as
the Membership Adviser for the Phi Mu chapter at the College of
William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA.
Erin is a member of the Junior League of Norfolk Virginia Beach
and has served as Placement Chair, Membership Vice President,
and Administrative Vice President. She is a member of the local
nonprofit Animal Resources of Tidewater and assists with
organizing their fundraising efforts.
Erin majored in Biological Sciences at the University of
Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and teaches Biology and Marine
Biology at Oscar Smith High School in Chesapeake, Virginia. She
is also the Director and Choreographer for the color guard/flag
line team of the Mighty Marching Tiger Band at the school.
Erin resides in Chesapeake, Virginia with her husband Richard.
Her daughter Fionna attends Virginia Commonwealth University in
Richmond, Virginia, where she is a member of Alpha Xi Delta and
currently serves as Chapter Life Vice President. Erin enjoys
traveling in her spare time.
